Igbo Federal Lawmakers Hail IPOB, To Meet Buhari Govt Over Nnamdi Kanu

The Southeast caucus of the National Assembly has concluded plans to meet with the Muhammadu Buhari-led federal government over the continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu. Recall that IPOB’s Nnamdi Kanu is currently facing trial for treason, incitement, amongst others after he was reportedly extradited back to the country from Kenya. It was reported that federal lawmakers have now resolved to seek a political solution to Nnamdi Kanu’s issues. Uk parliament Set To Debate on kanu’s repatriation

The United Kingdom Parliament is set to commence a debate on the repatriation of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, from Kenya to Nigeria today (Wednesday). The British government had clarified that Nnamdi Kanu, who was travelling with a British passport, was not arrested within its shores.
