UNICAL pharmacy and other final year students cry after asked to return to 200 level[see why]

Some final-year students of the University of Calabar (UNICAL) have allegedly been asked to go back to 200-level due to non-accreditation of their courses by the National Universities Commission (NUC). The disappointed students who spoke to newsmen on condition of anonymity said the directives came from the office of the university's vice-chancellor, Prof. Florence Obi, describing the decision as inhumane and inconsiderate as millions of naira have already been invested and the years spent cannot be gotten back. The courses affected by the accreditation issue include Fine and Applied Arts, Mass Communication, Pharmacy, Music amongst others. According to the students, the
