Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) on Monday evening, again, invaded the residence of Big Brother Naija star, Dorathy Bachor.
The reality TV star, said they broke into her house, and claimed to be after a suspected internet fraudster
However, EFCC, in a statement on Wednesday, explained that its operatives broke into the house because they refused to open the door.
The agency stated that Dorathy lied in her account of what transpired, saying that 9 internet fraudsters were arrested after a search warrant had been obtained for the raid.
Shortly after the anti-graft agency released the statement, Dorathy’s sister, Cynthia Bachor revealed that EFCC operatives returned to the apartment, breaking in and harassing residents for filming their earlier invasion and posting it online
The second raid was captured on Instagram live by Cynthia, and it showed an officer attempting to snatch Dorathy’s phone and assaulting a man who was also filming the incident
